“I was happily surprised by the size of our room and the breakfast that was served. Reminds me of how hotel stays *used* to be back in early 2000s. Room was 2 beds, plus a pull out couch, coffee table, desk, large mini fridge, and all the little things that used to be standard (iron, ironing board, luggage rack, etc) The room felt like a mini apartment and it was wonderful. “When i had an issue with the outlet being Brocken not holding my phone plug in the wall they switched our room right away and they said that they would take care of the outlet. They were very respectable with everything that we needed help with.”

“We stayed 3 weeks while looking for a place to rent. It is old but we got a good deal through Expedia. The beds were excellent, firm. They use a linen service, so I knew sheets and towels were clean. We were in a room facing the road. Security cameras and lights. Quiet. There is a train across the street, but it didn't bother us. We ran a box fan at night. We requested they not come in the room. We have 2 cats. They honored that. We changed our own sheets, swept/mopped the floor and cleaned the...
